We are a community of specialized social workers and psychotherapists creating a community for clients transitioning to motherhood and beyond.  We strive to support our clients to find fulfilment within and beyond the home through clinical care, support groups and community events.

Clients come to us to see certified perinatal mental health therapists with additional advanced trauma training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Meditation and more!

Located in Barrie, Ontario our practice includes individual, couples and group psychotherapy in office and virtually to clients across Ontario and Newfoundland.  We pride ourselves on our commitment to community and collaborate with other practitioners across the region to advance the effectiveness of our care.

For insurance purposes we have therapists who are Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists.

Our intern Perinatal Therapy Clinic offers reduced fee and no cost counselling support through the perinatal clinic.
