Birth Narratives Counselling

We offer counselling for new parents who want support with the transition to parenthood, birth trauma, postpartum depression, anxiety or other mental health concerns they may have.  We offer 1-1 counselling and couples counselling virtually or in person.  All our therapists are trained in EMDR therapy and perinatal mental health.
