Our group practice serves clients across Ontario. Our team holds clinical specialization and advanced professional training in supporting the perinatal population. We have partnered with local midwifery clinics, doulas, obstetricians and hospitals to build a circle of compassionate care.

Therapists on our team have trained with Maternal Mental Health Now and Postpartum Support International and are recognized as providers of perinatal mental healthcare by these professional organizations.

We speak with moms' groups across our community on topics including: postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression, PMDD, traumatic birth, fertility, and grief and loss.

We support therapists in perinatal services and programs such as supervision, mentorship, training programs and peer consultation.

We offer an Affordable Therapy program and day, evening and weekend availability.
