Ehrlo Counselling

Amanda is a Masters Prepared Social Worker registered in Saskatchewan and working in Regina at Ehrlo Counselling. Ehrlo Counselling is part of Ranch Ehrlo Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families reach their full potential.

Amanda has over 10 years of experience working in the human services field and is deeply passionate about her work. She specializes in the areas of perinatal mental health as well as trauma. She provides counselling to all ages and is an approved mental health therapist with Indigenous Services Canada. Amanda is also a student at Somatic Experiencing International, and is working towards completing a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner designation to support her work in the field of trauma.

Amanda practices from a collaborative and holistic approach that is person centered. She greatly values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. She believes in the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals and seeks to draw on their strengths and resources to promote healing and well-being.

When Amanda is not working, you will find her spending quality time with her family, engaging in fitness and nutrition activities and learning, and spending time in nature.
