Encircled Therapy and Wellness

Encircled Therapy and Wellness provides therapy support to individuals and couples.  We serve those who are struggling with mental health throughout their fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journeys.  We are trauma-informed and can help with: Trauma (including birth and medical trauma), grief and loss, depression, anxiety, transitional/phase of life struggles, overwhelm/burnout, OCD, parenting concerns and relationship struggles. We provide free 15 minute consultations to determine therapeutic fit and to better understand how we can help.  We provide virtual services throughout Alberta and in-person sessions in Calgary.
