Hanna Watkins Psychotherapy

I have a specific passion for helping birthing individuals and their partner(s) navigate the perinatal period – a sacred period full of love, joy, and vulnerability. This is a period fraught with numerous changes, transitions, adjustments, and learning edges. It can bring a whole new sense of self/identity and challenges one hasn’t had to face before. All of this can be very overwhelming. With my warm and supportive approach, my goal is to help you tackle these concerns, gain new insights, and learn new ways to cope with what can feel like a whole new world.

I can support individuals and relationships going through trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum and adjustment to parenthood. In addition, I can support you through pregnancy and infant loss, as well as termination.
