Regina Perinatal Health Network
Description
At RPHN, our goal is to act as a singular point of referral within our community (for members of the public & medical professionals) who are needing resources or support in building a perinatal recovery plan. We work diligently to increase awareness and reduce stigma surrounding Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMAD’s). We also organize ongoing educational opportunities and resources for those who work with new families.
Our team works to create sustainable pathways to treatment and support here in Saskatchewan through a variety of free and paid services. We currently offer free individual peer support sessions, as well as free weekly peer support groups. Our goal during these sessions is to provide validation, encouragement, and a safe space to talk about your experiences. Our paid services include clinical counselling sessions with a Registered Social Worker (RSW) experienced in perinatal mental health, as well as our Perinatal Education classes.
