How to create a listing (first time users)
- Click on the “Add Listing” button in the top right side of screen.
- You will be prompted to create an account (to manage your directory listing in future) or sign into an account you already have.
- Click on “Sign up”, a pop-up will appear asking you to create a Username and password, and provide your email address. you must also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Once done, click on “Sign Up”.
- Complete registration by checking your email address provided and verifying the email. (You may need to check your spam if you do not see an email from Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative Directory). The email contains a button: “Confirm email address”. Click on it and it will redirect you to a page telling you if your email verification was successful. (You will also receive an email confirming you are now registered on the website).
- From that page you can click on the button to login using the username/email and password you just created.
- Login, you will be redirected to you Dashboard.
- Click on “Submit Listing” or “Add Listing” buttons.
- Add your Organization’s Name.
- Select a category for your Organization from the drop-down.
- Describe your organization. You can include your hours of operation here if you want.
- Add your contact information: website, email address, phone number.
- Add any social networks your organization has.
- Add your organization’s location (aka. the province it is in)
- You may also add the address by typing into the Address bar and selecting from the drop down. Alternately you can add in your coordinates.
- Add images. At minimum we recommend adding your organization’s LOGO (480 pixels x 350 pixels, max. 1MB) as your first image (so it will appear in the ALL LISTINGS page). If you are so inclined, you can also add up to 5 additional images (480 pixels x 350 pixels, max. 1MB).
- Finally, if your organization has a video you’d like to share, you can add it here.
- You must one again agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and then you can save and preview your listing.
- You will be redirected to what your listing will look like from a user’s perspective. You may either continue editing (will take you back to the previous page), or continue to submit your listing for approval.
- You will receive an email telling you that your listing is submitted and waiting for approval.
- Once you submit your listing for approval and posting, it can take up to 2 business days for your listing to be published.
- CPMHC Admin reserves the right to approve or disapprove posts as required.
- Once your listing is approved, you will receive an email telling you your listing is published.
- At any time you can log into your account and update your listing.
- All listings are active for 365 days. You will receive an email prior to the expiry of your listing when you can decide to renew or not.
- After 365 days, if your listing is not renewed it will be removed from the website.
How to edit your listing
Once you have registered and have created your listing, you can edit it at any time.
- Visit https://directory.cpmhc.ca and scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Login” from the Useful Links section in the footer.
- Log in using the Username/email and password you created at sign up. If you forget your password you can request to recover your password. If you have issues logging in, please contact us.
- Once logged in, select the listing you want to edit and click on the “EDIT” button.
- You will be redirected to your listing and can edit as needed.
- Once completed click on “Preview changes”
- If you are happy, you can click on “Continue” and your edits will be published.
